The Brain Volumetry module is part of the AI-based software mdbrain and enables automated volumetry of various brain regions. The analysis is typically available in less than 5 minutes. The results are integrated into the PACS as PDF reports and overlays. Precise and quantitative assessments of local or generalized atrophies are provided, including differentiation of pathognomonically relevant regions such as the hippocampus.

The longitudinal analysis is visualized through clear diagrams. This enables the viewer to recognize neurodegenerative processes before reaching pathological values in conditions such as dementia or MS. Additionally, each analysis includes a comparison with a comprehensive and heterogeneous database (approximately 8,000 datasets), which highlights the deviation from the norm values.
